Hi, I’m Ivan.

Fullstack engineer, 10+ years in. Most of that at the intersection of ad-tech, geospatial, and AI — usually all three at once.

Still in the code. I’d rather take a feature from business requirements all the way to a working production deploy on AWS or GCP — frontend, backend, tests, the CI/CD pipeline, all of it — than hand it off halfway. I’ve led teams as tech lead, engineering manager, and head of engineering along the way, but the interesting part of the job has always been the same: take a vague problem, ship something real, keep the team sane while doing it.

Right now I’m building heavy CRM systems in AdTech for big-data visualization. Most of my attention these days, though, is on the AI side — agentic workflows and custom AI agents that have to earn their keep in production, not in demo decks.

What I care about: systems that don’t break at 3am, code that’s still readable a year later, and small teams shipping more than big ones.
